A moments contemplation.
This photo marks the change that has taken place with me, the wannabe photographer. I’m no longer drawn to random inanimate objects. This is most likely because since rejoining the workforce, the well-trodden path between bus and desk is pretty consistent. Factor in the shorter days, and there’s less time to capitalise.
‘Street’ photography takes some gall. I’m in awe of those who can execute without being invasive, or taking advantage of a situation.
Having said all of the above, I’m really pleased how this photo has turned out.
I often walk past alleys and corridors where the modern-day smoker hangs out. There’s rarely a smile among them, and they are often viewed as they have their 5-minute solo meditation.
