An opportune moment of sun. I say this because the forecast is for gloom, and possible doom in the amount of predicted rain.
And in hindsight it was a good decision, as the city was cast in a dreary wet gloom for several days (though spare a thought for northern NSW and south-east Queensland).
I’m not sure what the flower is (please post a reply to enlighten me!), so I can waffle on about that, which is fine because I’m a little short of time.
What I particularly like however is the bokeh coming from my Tamron 24-70mm. It’s probably the best example I’ve managed to produce with this lens.
