The FB Holden. It looks like it’s in original condition. It also sounds like it’s using the original brakes.
There were around 150k of these cars ever produced, between the years of 1960 and 1961. Design was considered to be heavily influenced by US car makers – it was 140mm longer than it’s predecessor and curved features including windows are just a couple.
With this in mind it comes as no surprise that Holden was starting to manufacture cars for export.
The FB Holden was replaced by the EK Holden in late 1961.
