It’s spring, and the forecast is for warmth and thunderstorms. Summer isn’t far away.
Sadly the most we saw of any barometric turbulence was some distance away. Sinister-looking bubbles in the sky, possibly altocumulus clouds, formed to the east and cruised on past without concern.
I enjoy a good weather show, but altocumulus (and specifically mammatocumulus) are often linked with damaging results including large amounts of rain and hail.
False alarm for this one, I do enjoy a good thunderstorm.
