Time for a scooter adventure.
At least that’s what I told my son. The truth is I wanted to scour some of the streets in the neighbourhood for some floral variety. At a glance you would think that winter flowers are limited to (what I think are) Azalea’s and Daisy’s.
After a brief stint of footy in the park we picked some new streets to roam. We literally had to stick to the sunny side of the street, but a patch of white daisy’s were quite striking in the waning afternoon sun.
Again there’s more than meets the eye when you get up close. Not only is the pollen formed on these star-shaped fronds, but someone has previously been there and trashed the joint.
