April 27th – Little push?

This cow looks longing towards the tyre swing

The final day of our holidays.

This young lady was nuzzling suggestively at the tyre swing, but sadly there was nothing I could do for her. We had wood to gather, much to the disappointment of dozens of fat grubs (and a couple of cane toads), and a car to pack.

It was a good sized break. It’s a complete about-face in routine, pretty much starting with being up at or before 7am every day.

The motivation was certainly there. Every single morning, except for this final morning, there was a fog. Some days more than others, but it gave me a great opportunity to cover some ground and take some photo’s with rewarding outcomes.

And I took stacks. One thing I’ve started doing as a result of this break is upload more to Flickr, not just the photo’s I’m including in this blog. The benefits include bringing the Flickr community to appreciate (at time critique) your work.

You can be sure that one day I will link back to pictures taken during this week, but in the meantime I’ll continue to attempt to post photo’s taken on that day.
